Tea Talks

This months theme at the Johnson Nature Center is Mindfulness May. Join us as we hike through our meadow to collect tea that we will brew in the log cabin, along with picking florals for a candle making session. Learn about the history of mindfulness and how it can create greater mental clarity and focus with some guided meditation and yoga.
