BYA AWARD

Way To Go SAM!

On April 25, EHMS student and 4-H officer Sam Bell was awarded a BYA Outstanding Youth Citizen Award at a special reception and ceremony in the BHHS Auditorium. Sam was nominated for his tireless volunteerism, leadership, and all the hard work he does at the farm. If you’ve been to Bowers Farm for Open Barn, or community events, you’ve probably seen Sam pitching in with animal care, pointing out interesting facts, or leading his fair animal on a stroll around the farm. Sam’s hard work and his love of the farm are evident in everything he does. We couldn’t think of a more deserving person to receive this honor.  Many of you know Farmer Amy too who sponsored Sam.  Congratulations, we are proud of you, Sam!
